These are Peter Millar five-pocket pants in a heathered charcoal grey brushed cotton/flannel-style fabric, with tonal topstitching, belt loops, an engraved metal crest button, a striped blue and white inner waistband lining, and a leather-look branded patch at the back waistband. The photos show even color with no visible holes, tears, stains, or fading, and the hems, pocket stitching, and waistband look intact. Minor flaws include very light surface fuzzing on the seat and upper legs, a few loose threads at the top edge of the inner brand label (easily repaired), and ordinary wrinkling from storage that should steam out. The napped, mottled look of the fabric appears to be its original brushed finish and was not counted against the grade. The pants earned a Very Good grade because they show only light wear and all closures appear functional. Odor and cleanliness could not be verified from photographs.
