These Sézane Rue Saint-Fiacre trousers are size 42 per the label, in an ecru/off-white cotton twill with a pleated, tapered, high-rise cropped cut, belt loops, slant pockets and a tortoise-style horn button waistband. The care label shows a cotton blend with 1% elastane and a cotton lining. Seams, topstitching, hems and the button appear intact and secure, and the fabric shows no holes, tears, thinning or pilling. The visible wear is cosmetic: faint grayish-yellow dingy patches on the thighs, seat and lower legs, a small faint ink-like mark on the right back thigh, and a few loose thread ends below the size tag.
