The fabric looks like a smooth, stretch woven performance material. Seams and topstitching look clean and intact, with no holes, tears, or visible unraveling. Light wear shows in a faint darker blotchy patch on the seat, a slight sheen near the crotch, scuffing on the snap button face, and slight fuzzing and a rough edge at the waistband.
